Vantage RES welcomes Keren Niv as a Sales Advisor
Vantage Real Estate Services is excited to welcome industry leader, Keren Niv, as a member of its dynamic sales team.
In the role of Sales Advisor, Niv will focus on all types of commercial real estate transactions, including large-scale development, retail, office and industrial space in New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas.
With an extensive background and 19-year track record of success in both residential and commercial real estate, Niv is highly qualified to join the rapidly expanding team at Vantage RES.

Throughout her real estate career, Niv has worked with numerous large brokerages, including BHHS, KW, Coldwell Banker Preferred, and Liberties Realty. While at Coldwell Banker Preferred, she served as their New Construction Specialist for a widescale development project in Philadelphia. She has managed more than 25 new construction projects and specializes in very complex and diverse real estate portfolios.
Niv is licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and has earned the National Association of Realtors’ (NAR) Green Designation for green Realtors.
