Vantage RES is pleased to announce that Tarrytown Expocare Pharmacy, a long-term care pharmacy provider, has signed a lease at Heritage Office Building, 1873 Route 70 East, Cherry Hill, NJ. The Heritage Office Building is conveniently located in the heart of Cherry Hill, just minutes from I-295 and Routes 70 and 73. The building features a diverse roster of co-tenants, including Excel Physical Therapy and Vantage RES.
Tarrytown ExpoCare Pharmacy provides pharmaceutical services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The pharmacy services Home and Community-based services (HCS) program providers, intermediate care facilities (ICF’s) and individual homes/host homes.
Emily Stein, Director of Healthcare Services at Vantage RES, worked closely with both the landlord, William Nazarian, as well as Tarrytown’s Director of Regional Operations, Cody Gummelt, to secure the long-term lease.
