Vantage RES represented Tripp Sound LLC with a critical relocation of their warehouse and offices. The premier professional audio provider signed a long-term lease for warehouse space in the Moorestown West Corporate Center located at 102 Commerce Street, Moorestown, NJ. This space is conveniently located within minutes of the Betsy Ross Bridge and is in close proximity to Routes 130, 73, and I-295. In their new industrial space, Tripp Sound will be well situated to service clients in South Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.
Mike Gries, Advisor, and Peter Abdallah, Director of Client Services, at Vantage RES represented Tripp Sound with this transaction. Gries and Abdallah worked closely with Jonathan “Tripp” McMillon and Allison McMillon to find and secure a location that addressed Tripp Sound’s unique requirements.
