Vantage RES Represents National Auto Network in South Jersey Acquisition
Vantage Real Estate Services is thrilled to announce the sale of Genesis Auto Sales at 581 High Street, Burlington, NJ, to SBC Auto, LLC, owners and operators of multiple auto rental businesses across the U.S and headquartered in Houston, Texas.
Ken Richardson, Advisor and Peter Abdallah, Director of Client Services at Vantage RES, worked closely with SBC Auto, LLC, to accommodate their new Burlington NJ business. The owners of the start-up network trusted Richardson and Abdallah to identify and secure the property, and Vantage worked diligently to finalize the proper approvals to close the deal.

Under this new ownership, Vantage Real Estate Services has been hired as the exclusive listing broker to lease out a portion of the auto lot in the future.
