Leor Hemo, Founder and Managing Principal of Vantage RES, worked closely with Kevin Peter Goodwin, Owner and Franchisee of Monster Mini Golf, to secure a long-term lease of a spacious, modern facility that will accommodate Monster Mini Golf’s “Monstrous” attractions and experiences. The state-of-the-art, indoor, climate-controlled facility will be located at Cherry Hill Business Park at 2040 Springdale Road in Cherry Hill, NJ.
The newest location for the franchise is 15,750 SF, large enough to accommodate an 18-hole miniature golf course, hi-tech video game arcade, mini bowling alley, gaming arcade, laser maze, and much more! A growing demand in the region for an affordable, fun and engaging family entertainment complex necessitated the transaction.
Monster Mini Golf delivers a unique and quirky brand of family entertainment to guests of all ages. The company currently has over 30 locations spanning the United States and Canada. Monster Mini Golf not only caters to adults and children, but also offers exclusive birthday party packages, and hosts corporate/group events.
Goodwin worked closely with Hemo to identify and secure a lease for Monster Mini Golf’s new complex. Cherry Hill Business Park is owned and managed by an affiliate of Endurance Real Estate Group, a Radnor, PA based real estate investment and development firm Hemo worked closely with Al Corr, Senior Vice President, Endurance Real Estate and Ian Richman, Senior Vice President, Colliers International as the Landlord Representative to secure the deal.
The facility is conveniently located on Springdale Road in Cherry Hill, NJ. Nearby amenities include The Discovery Museum, Kids Fit, Lifetime Fitness, TD Bank, Avalon Flooring, among others. The location on Springdale Road is easily accessible from Route 70, the NJ Turnpike and 295.
