Vantage RES Represents Local Company with Sale of Retail Facility
Cherry Hill, New Jersey [March 20, 2020] – Vantage Real Estate Services (Vantage RES) is excited to announce another successful sale, this time in Magnolia, NJ. The brokerage represented East Coast Enterprises, LLC with the sale of their legacy retail facility. The sale comes as a result of the company’s recent relocation to a nearby shopping center in Voorhees, NJ, also facilitated by Vantage RES.
The Magnolia property is a +/-3,150 SF retail facility located on the White Horse Pike, adjacent to the newly built Royal Farms, conveniently located at the intersection of South White Horse Pike and Evesham Road. The building is in close proximity to numerous other amenities, including restaurants, health clubs, a Walmart Supercenter and other retail centers and is easily accessible from I-295.
The purchaser is Makellos Cabinetry, a Veteran-owned business providing durable, high- performing and cost-effective kitchen cabinet products for renovation projects and new construction in multi-family and commercial developments. The company headquarters is conveniently located nearby in Philadelphia.
Monica Walsh, Director of Client Services, and Aran Ploshansky, Director of Operations at Vantage RES, worked closely with the East Coast Salon Enterprises’ Vice President, Bruce Goldstein, to facilitate the transaction. “I can’t thank Monica Walsh and Aran Ploshansky of Vantage Real Estate Services enough for all of their help and guidance in the recent sale of our commercial building,” Goldstein added. “They were professional, attentive and responsive in all aspects of the transaction. They have my highest recommendation and assurance that we would utilize their services in the future.”
“We were glad to facilitate this successful transaction for all partners involved,” Walsh. “Makellos Cabinetry will be an excellent addition to the neighborhood, and we will still have East Coast Enterprises LLC nearby in Voorhees—it’s a win-win for our community in South Jersey.”
