Vantage RES Represents Local Company with Purchase of Office Building
Cherry Hill, New Jersey [August 7, 2020] – Vantage Real Estate Services (Vantage RES) is excited to announce another successful sale, this time in Haddon Heights, NJ. The brokerage represented Mindful Soul Center for Wellbeing, a counseling center with two other satellite locations, with the purchase of their new headquarters in Historic Downtown Heights. Vantage RES also represented the Seller, Jed Horovitz, who, up until recently, ran Internet Video Archive LLC at this location.
The Haddon Heights property is a +/-4,428 SF office building located on the White Horse Pike, adjacent to the walkable downtown on Station Avenue. The purchaser, Mindful Soul Properties, LLC, is a female-owned business and provides counseling for women in South Jersey from its two satellite locations in Collingswood, NJ and Medford, NJ.
