Vantage Real Estate Services is pleased to announce Bet365 signed a long-term office lease of 18,876 SF at Two Greentree Center in Marlton, New Jersey. The new office is located at 9000 Lincoln Drive East, prominently placed on Route 73 and Greentree Road.

Leor Hemo, Founder, and Managing Principal, and Aran Ploshansky, Associate at Vantage RES represented the landlord in this transaction. Bet365 is a leading online gambling company, headquartered in Britain, with more than 35 million global customers. The new office will mark Bet365’s entry into the US market. Hemo and Ploshansky worked closely with Anne Klein of Newmark Knight Frank, the firm that represented Bet365, in this transaction.
