Vantage RES represents explosive performance as their exclusive tenant broker

Explosive Performance has leased a space located at 129 Gaither Drive, Suite K in Mt Laurel. The location, situated near Fellowship Road, and just off the major South Jersey arteries of Route 73 and Route 38, offers easy access from entrances to Route 295 and the NJ Turnpike.

This is the first location for Explosive Performance, a personal training company specializing in athletic and physical development. Explosive Performance offers athletic training, personal training, private training, semi-private training, game day mental preparation and much more. They chose this location primarily to ensure that their facility is at the center of the local business community. As such, they are able to cater to the many industrial parks, office buildings, local businesses and high-rise hotels and extended-stay residences surrounding the area. Easy access for residents of surrounding townships, including Mt Laurel, Marlton, Moorestown, Maple Shade, Cherry Hill and Voorhees add great customer potential for this location.
