The pathology lab will join co-tenants Neurology Pain Associates, DaVita Kidney Care, Independence Rehab, and Garden State Orthopedics in the building.
Emily Stein, Director of Healthcare Services, and Monica Walsh, Director of Client Services, at Vantage RES, worked closely with Harve Platig of Advanced Diagnostics Laboratory to locate and secure a space that fit the lab’s very specific requirements. The landlord, Needleman Management Company, worked tirelessly to accommodate the lab’s tight time frame for their expansion. Advanced Diagnostics Laboratory currently has another location in Georgia.
