Vantage RES Facilitates New Retail Lease in Sicklerville, NJ
Cherry Hill, NJ [August 14, 2020] – Vantage Real Estate Services (Vantage RES) is proud to announce another successful retail lease, this time at Liberty Town Center, 412 Sicklerville Road, Sicklerville, NJ. The brokerage assisted Ivory Edwards, shop owner & designer, with locating a space for her specialty bakery and pastry bistro, Dessert Soiree. Liberty Town Center is a popular location for resturaunteurs as it is situated within a high residential population and is located within minutes from the Atlantic City Expressway and Routes 322 and 42.
Nick Liggio, Sales Associate, and Corinne Giletto, Senior Advisor at Vantage RES, worked closely with Edwards, and also with Matthew Guzzo, owner of Liberty Town Center, to facilitate a smooth transaction for the bakery’s location.
