Vantage Commercial Brokers Two New Retail Leases at Smithville Square
Vantage Commercial is proud to announce two new successful leases at Smithville Square in Galloway Township, NJ. These new tenants will complete FOUR new retail leases signed at Smithville Square since the start of the COVID-19 global pandemic and five new leases signed within the past 12 months.
Aran Ploshansky, Director of Operations, and Corinne Giletto, Senior Advisor at Vantage Commercial, worked closely with the tenant’s representation and Scott Weinblatt of Smithville Square to facilitate smooth transactions.
One of the new tenants, a local gift and fashion boutique shop, will be moving into the +/-1,887 SF space adjacent to Dollar General and Dunkin’ and is expected to open in early 2021. The second tenant, a national behavioral health, therapy, and education provider, will be occupying the endcap and servicing the local school systems.
Smithville Square’s strategic location offers access to Route 9 and connects to the White Horse Pike via Smithville Boulevard. The recent beautification of the space, the exposure to daily consumer traffic, and the diverse variety of service and retail co-tenants are just a few reasons why businesses ready for the post COVID-19 reopening are choosing Smithville Square.
