One of the new tenants, a local gift and fashion boutique shop, will be moving into the +/-1,887 SF space adjacent to Dollar General and Dunkin’ and is expected to open in early 2021. The second tenant, a national behavioral health, therapy, and education provider, will be occupying the endcap and servicing the local school systems.
Smithville Square’s strategic location offers access to Route 9 and connects to the White Horse Pike via Smithville Boulevard.
