Vantage Commercial Brokers Lease with Your Creations Art Studio in Galloway Township

The brokerage worked with property ownership to finalize a long-term lease for Your Creations Art Studio. Studio owner and operator, Wendy Heintz, will be opening her doors at 45 S. New York Boulevard, Galloway Township, NJ to the local community in the coming months!
Heintz selected Smithville Square because of the diverse roster of co-tenants, recent beautification of the space, and exposure to daily consumer traffic. Smithville Square is a strategic location for Your Creations Art Studio as it offers access to Route 9 and connects to the White Horse Pike via Smithville Boulevard. Smithville Square has been reinvigorated under new ownership, and the mall continues to gain traction in the local market for consumer products and services.
Aran Ploshansky, Director of Operations, and Corinne Giletto, Senior Advisor, at Vantage Commercial, worked closely with Heintz and Scott Weinblatt of Smithville Square to facilitate a smooth transaction for the new art studio.
