Vantage RES announces sale of Gateway Plaza in West Deptford, NJ

Vantage Real Estate Services is pleased to announce the sale of Gateway Plaza located at 1000 Gateway Blvd, West Deptford, New Jersey. The property consists of multiple tenants, totaling 20,496 SF of retail space.

Aran Ploshansky, Sales Associate at Vantage RES, identified the opportunity and subsequently matched the buyer, A&A Gateway LLC, and sellers, 1000 Gateway Plaza LLC. By using an aggressive, grassroots approach, the commercial brokerage firm was able to negotiate mutually beneficial terms among the parties, and coordinate the successful sale.

The retail center consists of existing tenants (Family Dollar, Iacofano Catering, and Rhythm & Dance Studio) and one vacant and available unit. The shopping center is located on a heavily trafficked section of Gateway Boulevard, adjacent to Pellegrino Chevrolet. The property’s high visibility location is within close proximity to Interstate 295. The retail center offers great flexibility with many possible applications for tenants.
