Vantage Real Estate Services Secures New Retail Location for Bleu Bear Market in Marlton, NJ
MARLTON, NJ [November 8, 2019] –– Vantage Real Estate Services is pleased to announce that Bleu Bear Market, a gluten-free bakery and market, has signed a lease for their newest location in Allison Shopping Center, 27 North Maple Avenue, Marlton, NJ. Bleu Bear Market will join SNJ Float, Gaetano’s Steaks, Domino’s Pizza, Eco Cleaners, China 1 Restaurant, Block Advisors, EV Nails & Spa, SALON Joseph Kenneth and Bakana Flowers at Allison Shopping Center, a highly visible recently renovated neighborhood destination with easy access to Routes 70 & 73.
This location marks the second brick-and-mortar space for the bakery and will provide the community with fresh gluten-free baked goods without the risk of cross-contamination. In addition to Bleu Bear Bakery, owners and husband-and-wife team Ridgeway Grace and Mark Rooks own and operate Rent-A-Chef catering, Beast of the Street food truck, and Haddonfield Donut Company.
Monica Walsh, Director of Client Services at Vantage RES, worked closely with the Landlord, Mitchell Davis of Davis Enterprises, and the Tenant, Ridgeway Grace, to secure the new space, which provides excellent visibility and production space.
