Vantage Real Estate Services Secures Long-Term Lease for L&L Spa in Mount Laurel, NJ
Vantage Real Estate Services is pleased to announce that spa, L &L Health Spa, has signed a long-term lease of 2,272 SF in Mount Laurel, NJ. Formerly Joyus Health Spa of Virginia Beach, L&L Health Spa is now located at 105 Fairway Terrace, Mount Laurel, in a newly renovated, 2-story building. The spa is positioned just off of a highly trafficked portion of Route 73, a main thoroughfare in South Jersey, in close proximity to the NJ Turnpike, Route 70 and I-295.
Monica Walsh, Director of Client Services at Vantage RES, worked closely with the landlord, TRN Realty LLC, and the tenant, to locate and secure a location that fit the spa’s very specific requirements.
L & L Health Spa will offer relaxing, therapeutic massage therapy. The staff will work to create a pleasant and relazing atmosphere. Their goal is to create a warm environment and to provide the highest quality massage services.
