The brokerage represented Ken’s Family Barbershop in its acquisition of a second retail location at Easthampton Place West, Eastampton, NJ 08060. Monica Walsh, Director of Client Services and Ken Richardson, Advisor and at Vantage RES, worked closely with Ken and Kerri Lopez, Owners of Ken’s Family Barbershop, to identify the location and secure a lease for the shop.
