Vantage Real Estate Services Represents Local Barbershop with Second location in South Jersey
Vantage Real Estate Services is thrilled to announce another successful retail lease in Eastampton, NJ. The brokerage represented Ken’s Family Barbershop in its acquisition of a second retail location at Easthampton Place West, Eastampton, NJ 08060. The location—a spacious, modern facility within a resort-style residential community —is easily accessible from Route 38, the NJ Turnpike, and I-295.
Monica Walsh, Director of Client Services and Ken Richardson, Advisor and at Vantage RES, worked closely with Ken and Kerri Lopez, Owners of Ken’s Family Barbershop, to identify the location and secure a lease for the shop.
