Vantage Real Estate Services represented Friedman LLP with their critical relocation to Four Greentree Centre, 601 Route 73 North, Marlton, NJ. The award-winning accounting, tax, and business consulting firm signed a 12-year lease for 20,985 SF at the Class A office building. Four Greentree Centre is conveniently located within walking distance of various business amenities, including restaurants, hotels, health clubs, and shopping centers. Further, the property is just 15 minutes from Center City Philadelphia and 40 minutes from Princeton, New Jersey.
