The offices are located within The Barclay Chase development, a resort-style residential community located at 500 Barclay Boulevard, Marlton, NJ.
The facility is conveniently located on Route 70 and is managed by Urban Renewal, LLC. The location is easily accessible from the NJ Turnpike and I-295. Barclay has 275+ luxury apartments within a resort-type setting with first-floor retail spaces.

Vantage RES was contracted to lease the retail spaces and had been actively pursuing tenants. The real estate brokerage fully leased this location within months of being hired. Urban Renewal has an additional residential/retail presence at 12000 Patriot Way in Eastampton that VantageRES is contracted to service as well.
