Vantage Real Estate Services Represents EMS Consulting Business with Relocation
CHERRY HILL, NJ [March 27, 2020] – Vantage Real Estate Services (Vantage RES) is thrilled to announce another successful large-scale lease in Berlin, NJ. EMS Consulting Services will relocate from their original location in Hammonton, to a spacious, modern facility located at 20 E. Taunton Road, Berlin. This new space is easily accessible from Routes 30 and 73, the NJ Turnpike and I-295. The 20 E. Taunton campus is a premier facility within the Berlin office market, and is managed by Walter Crossley. The campus is home to both medical and professional businesses, including accounting, religious services, therapist and addiction recovery.
Ken Richardson, Advisor at Vantage RES, worked closely with Chuck McSweeney, Owner of EMS Consulting Services, to secure the long-term lease in the multi-building commercial office campus.
