Vantage Commercial Announces Successful Lease at Millside Plaza

Vantage Commercial is excited to announce another successful lease, this time at Millside Plaza in Delran, NJ. Mike Gries, Advisor, and Corinne Giletto, Director of Client Services, represented the Tenant, ANISE Vietnamese Cuisine, in the transaction.

ANISE is taking over a former Panera space and joins a roster of strong national co-tenants in the Target-anchored center. They are positioned to benefit from Millside Plaza’s convenient location along a busy stretch of Route 130, excellent visibility, and proximity to dense commercial and residential neighborhoods.
