Vantage Commercial Secures New Location for Burlington Design Center T/A Benjamin Moore
Vantage Commercial announces new retail long-term lease at Chestnut Hill Plaza Shopping Center in Cinnaminson Township at 2608 Route 130 North, Cinnaminson, NJ!
Vantage Commercial is pleased to announce a new retail lease in Cinnaminson Township, NJ. Monica Walsh, Director of Client Services at Vantage Commercial, worked closely with Michael Keane, the owner of Burlington Design Center, to secure a long-term lease of a +/- 3,400 SF store. This site will accommodate Burlington Design Center’s fast-paced growth in the Burlington County region. The new store, with 170 feet of Route 130 frontage, is located at the end-cap of the Chestnut Hill Plaza shopping center on NJ Highway Route 130. The Design Center joins a diverse roster of co-tenants including Primos Hoagies, Gaetano’s Steaks, and other local retailers.
Walsh worked closely with Chestnut Hill Plaza’s Landlord, to secure the lease. Burlington Design Center’s high volume of sales, to the public and to design professionals, coupled with a growing demand for home improvement, dictated the requirement for this third location.
Burlington Design Center is a retailer that offers products from Benjamin Moore, Festool and Hunter Douglas. At any of their locations, consumers are able to find helpful information about their product lines and services as well as great tips and ideas for home products. As an independently owned store, Burlington Design Center offers an uncommon level of customer service, superior quality products and highly trained professionals.
“We are confident that Michael Keane and Burlington Design Centers will be very successful in Cinnaminson Township on the Route 130 Corridor. They are answering to a continued demand for quality products that directly impact peoples living spaces in a positive manner. We are happy that we were able to secure the right retail space to help them accomplish their goals so that they can, in turn, help their clients fullfil their desires,” Walsh said.
