Vantage Commercial Secures Long-Term Lease for Panchero’s Mexican Grill
Vantage Commercial announces another successful long-term restaurant lease with Panchero’s Mexican Grill in Heritage Square Shopping Center at 1871 Route 70 East, Cherry Hill, NJ!
Vantage Commercial is pleased to announce that Panchero’s Mexican Grill, a fast-casual Tex- Mex restaurant, has signed a long-term lease at Heritage Square Shopping Center, 1871 Route 70 East, Cherry Hill, NJ. The Heritage Square Shopping Center is conveniently located in the heart of Cherry Hill, just minutes from I-295 and Routes 70 and 73. The center features a diverse roster of co-tenants, including Kyuramen Restaurant, Edible Arrangements, and Spivak Jewelers.
Leor Hemo, President and Chief Executive, and Emily Stein, Director of Healthcare Services at Vantage Commercial, worked closely with the landlord, William Nazarian of Everest Realty Company, to secure the long-term lease.
Vantage Commercial, acting as the exclusive listing broker for Heritage Square Shopping Center, has leased over 7,000 SF of retail space in that location to national tenants in under 12 months. Considerable interest remains in the last available 1,200 SF vacancy.

Panchero’s is a chain of fast casual Tex Mex restaurants in the United States serving Mexican-style cuisine. The chain was founded in 1992 by Rodney Anderson when he opened two units: one in Iowa City, Iowa (near the University of Iowa campus), and one in East Lansing, Michigan (near the Michigan State University campus). There are currently 69 units throughout the country. Pancheros is known for making their tortillas on site, at the time the order is placed.
