The owner of the property, Overbrook Associates, hired Vantage Commercial to represent and, ultimately sell, the asset that had been in the family for over 40 years. The 5,428 SF building is centrally located along a heavily trafficked stretch of Route 38, midway between the Cherry Hill Mall and Moorestown Mall.
