Vantage Commercial announces that Ken Richardson, Executive Director at Vantage Commercial, represented Smith Publicity with their new office lease in Cherry Hill, NJ. Smith Publicity, had very specific requirements for their relocation within South Jersey. The book publicity agency opted for a 3,300 SF space within the Cherry Hill Plaza building along heavily trafficked Route 70 in Cherry Hill, NJ. The tenant signed a long-term lease and the space is being fully renovated to meet their needs.
Ken Richardson worked with CHP Associates, Inc., the landlord, to negotiate a favorable deal for both parties.
