Vantage Commercial Represents SeriousShops.com with Headquarters Relocation
Vantage Commercial is pleased to announce another successful industrial lease, this time in Pennsauken, NJ. SeriousShops.com enlisted the services of Vantage Commercial to assist in the relocation of their headquarters to 7055 Central Highway. The 20,721 SF warehouse and office space is centrally located within the Airport Industrial Park and is in close proximity to the Ben Franklin and Walt Whitman Bridges as well as Routes 70, 38 and 130.
Vince Ceroli, Sales Associate, and Ken Richardson, Executive Director of Vantage Commercial, worked closely with Adam Moore, Co-President of SeriousShops.com to identify the space and secure the lease.
