Brokerage Sold Building to Expanding Mental Health Organization
Vantage Commercial is thrilled to announce another successful office sale, this time in Moorestown, NJ. A local behavioral health organization is relocating their headquarters to the beautiful 2-story building centrally located at 78 E. 2nd Street. The 1,920 SF building is easily accessible from Routes 38 and 73, I-295 and the NJ Turnpike.
Ken Richardson, Executive Director, and Emily Stein, Director of Healthcare Services at Vantage Commercial, worked closely with Dr. Sarkis Euksuzian, the seller, to identify a buyer for the former dental office. The buyer, a prominent behavioral health and counseling facility, has plans to renovate the entirety of the building. The facility uses techniques from various theoretical perspectives, mainly cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, to provide clients with the best possible treatment and outcomes.
