Vantage Commercial Represents Seller in the Sale of 1271 Little Gloucester Road, Blackwood, NJ
Vantage Commercial is pleased to announce the successful sale of the +/- 42,000 SF industrial property located at 1271 Little Gloucester Road in Blackwood, NJ. Ken Richardson, Vice President/Partner, and Vince Ceroli, Senior Advisor, represented the seller, Charles Chang, in this transaction.
The property will serve as the new home of Allen Rubber Company, a tire distribution company based in Pennsylvania that is expanding its operations into New Jersey.
