Santorini purchases their new location after a successful year in Wildwood, NJ

Vantage Commercial is proud to announce another successful sale on Rio Grande Avenue in Wildwood, NJ. The brokerage assisted experienced restauranter, Florian Furxhiu, in acquiring a property and liquor license for his modern Mediterranean concept in Wildwood, NJ.

Furxhiu opened Santorini in April of 2021 and after a successful first year, Furxhiu was able to purchase the property and liquor license. The restaurant group has over 40 years of combined experience in the food industry with successful other concepts and Santorini was no exception.

Rio Grande Avenue in Wildwood, NJ proved to be a great location for Santorini’s and the restaurant experienced a wonderful year filled with many successes. The Rio Grande Entrance Improvement Project has brought new traffic to the entire area and allows for easier access from all surrounding shore towns.

Corinne Giletto, Director of Client Relations, at Vantage Commercial, worked closely with the seller and buyer. Giletto structured a deal that was mutually advantageous leading to a fast and smooth close. Furxhiu was impressed by Giletto’s work ethic and stated that, “Corinne was always available to assist us, and she did an excellent job!”

In their second season, Santorini’s hopes to continue the momentum and provide the guest with a class “A” dining experience.
