The lease marks an exciting expansion for Moderne Gallery, internationally renowned as a leading dealer of exceptional art and design from the 20th and 21st Centuries.
Vince Ceroli, Senior Advisor at Vantage Commercial, represented Moderne Gallery throughout the leasing process, working closely with Joshua Aibel, Co-Director and Design Director of Moderne Gallery. Together, they identified a location that perfectly suited the gallery’s operational needs and growth objectives.
