Soba New Jersey Signs Long-Term Lease in Voorhees

Vantage Commercial is thrilled to announce another successful office lease, this time in Voorhees, NJ. The newest office for Soba New Jersey is located at 805 Cooper Road within the Cooper Road Professional Building. The 2,000 SF space is centrally located within a medical/professional complex and is easily accessible from Evesham Road and Routes 70 and 73.

Vantage Commercial’s Emily Stein, Director of Healthcare Services, and Corinne Giletto, Director of Client Services, worked closely with both owners of the complex and Brian Chasin, CFO of Soba New Jersey, to identify a location for the expansion and to secure a lease for the new medical office space. Soba New Jersey’s mission is to provide addiction treatment and mental health services that offer a comprehensive path to recovery from substance use disorders.
