Vantage Commercial Represents Landlord with New Dentist in South Jersey
Opal Dental, LLC Signs 10-Year Lease in Eastampton, NJ
Vantage Commercial is thrilled to announce another successful retail lease in Eastampton, NJ. The brokerage represented Eastampton Place West Urban Renewal, LLC in the transaction. Vantage Commercial was engaged to represent both the Marlton and Eastampton projects for the Landlord and successfully filled the retail in both locations.
The Eastampton location — a spacious, modern facility within a resort-style residential community — is easily accessible from Route 38, the NJ Turnpike, and Interstate 295. Opal Dental has leased 2,675 SF of retail space to open a new practice. This should be a great addition for not only the community, but the residents in the mixed-use property as well.
Ken Richardson, Executive Director at Vantage Commercial, worked closely with Reed Wrisley of Practice Real Estate Group. The two firms worked together to sign Opal Dental to the 10-year lease after several months of negotiations and compromise.

Eastampton Place West, managed by Urban Renewal, LLC, has 240 luxury apartments in a resort-type setting with multiple retail spaces along Woodlane Road.
