Vantage Commercial Represents Landlord in Two New Leases at Smithville Square in Galloway, NJ
Vantage Commercial is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of two new lease agreements at Smithville Square, a well-positioned retail center in Galloway, New Jersey. Senior Advisor Vince Ceroli and Managing Director Emily Stein represented the landlord in leasing a +/- 1,480 SF unit and a +/- 1,265 SF unit to new tenants.
Smithville Square, located less than a mile from Historic Smithville, has experienced renewed interest and activity since its transition to new ownership in late 2024. The center is also the future home of Curexa, a specialty compounding pharmacy that will further enhance the property’s appeal and drive foot traffic.
