Vantage Commercial Represents Corporate Facility Services to Secure a New Location

Posted on October 1, 2026

Cherry Hill, New Jersey – Vantage Commercial is pleased to announce the completion of a 25,600-square-foot industrial lease at 730 Veterans Drive in Bridgeport, New Jersey.

Ken Richardson, Vice President and Partner at Vantage Commercial, represented the tenant, Corporate Facility Services, and its President, Michael Boyle, throughout the transaction.

Vantage worked closely with Boyle to evaluate a comprehensive occupancy strategy, weighing the benefits of renewing at the company’s existing location against relocating to a facility better suited to its long-term operational needs. By beginning the process well in advance of the previous lease expiration, Vantage was able to carefully evaluate available options, compare the financial and operational implications of each alternative, and position Corporate Facility Services to make a well-informed long-term real estate decision.

The transaction involved an extended deal cycle, reflecting the deliberate planning required to identify a location that could support the company’s current operations and future needs. After evaluating multiple alternatives, Corporate Facility Services ultimately selected 25,600 square feet at 730 Veterans Drive.

A key factor in the relocation was the opportunity to improve operational efficiency. The new facility provides a more effective layout and workflow for inbound materials, work-in-process operations, and outbound shipments, allowing Corporate Facility Services to streamline movement through the facility and better support its day-to-day operations.

“Starting the process early gave us the ability to look at the decision strategically rather than reactively,” said Richardson. “Michael was able to fully evaluate whether renewing at the existing location or relocating made the most sense for the business. Ultimately, 730 Veterans Drive provided not only the right size and location, but also a more efficient operational flow from inbound materials through work-in-process and outbound shipments.”

“Vantage helped us look at our business through a clean lens and identify opportunities we simply didn’t see because we were in the business and in the space every day,” said Boyle. “The entire Vantage team supported us throughout the process, and Ken specifically helped guide us through the operational and real estate considerations that ultimately led us to the right decision.”

The transaction demonstrates Vantage Commercial’s consultative approach to tenant representation, helping businesses evaluate real estate decisions based on operational requirements, economics, efficiency, and long-term objectives rather than simply identifying available space.
