Conifer-LeChase Construction Relocates to Accommodate Growing Regional Office
Vantage Commercial is proud to announce another successful lease at 61 North Lakeview Drive, Gibbsboro, NJ. The brokerage assisted the landlord and the tenant. Conifer-LeChase Construction, a New York based firm, relocated its regional office in New Jersey to support the continued growth and expansion of its business in the Northeast.
The new office and upgraded facilities will enable Conifer-LeChase Construction to accommodate clients more effectively and efficiently. The office at 61 North Lakeview Drive, Gibbsboro offers operational efficiencies and a pre-fit layout that will allow for a smooth relocation. The new office is twice the size of their previous office space which will provide more room for the growing firm.
Corinne Giletto, Director of Client Services at Vantage Commercial, worked closely with the landlords, Paul Lazar and Dr. Forte, and the tenant to sign a lease with mutually advantageous terms. “Conifer-LeChase Construction is a great tenant for the complex,” Giletto stated.
