Vantage Commercial Represents Breakaway Enterprises in Leasing +/- 15,040 SF in Pennsauken, NJ

Vantage Commercial is excited to announce that Breakaway Enterprises has successfully leased +/- 15,040 square feet of space at 8400 B Remington Avenue, Pennsauken, NJ. The new facility offers the company ample room for expansion and enhanced operational capabilities as they relocate from their previous location in Cinnaminson, NJ.

The transaction was facilitated by Vantage Commercial, with Emily Stein, Managing Director, and Vince Ceroli, Senior Advisor, representing the firm in securing the lease. Their expertise and understanding of Breakaway’s operational needs ensured the selection of a space that perfectly supports the company’s expansion goals.
