The transaction included the business’s assets (furniture, fixtures, equipment) as well as a valuable liquor license.

Versi Vino occupied a high-profile location with excellent visibility and access, factors that helped drive strong buyer interest. The purchaser, a prominent and experienced operator, will bring a new concept to the space while continuing to utilize the liquor license as part of the reimagined offering.
