Vantage Commercial Facilitates Sale of Columbia Centre in Somerdale, NJ
Cherry Hill, NJ [December 4, 2020] – Vantage Commercial is pleased to announce the sale of a multi-tenant retail strip center, Columbia Centre, located at 700 S White Horse Pike, Somerdale, New Jersey.
Aran Ploshansky, Director of Operations, and Monica Walsh, Director of Client Services at Vantage Commercial, represented the seller, Michael Sherman, in this transaction.
Earlier this year Vantage Commercial facilitated the lease of the only remaining vacancy, an end-cap unit, at the center to Kenney Law resulting in a fully-occupied shopping center. Kenney Law joined other service retail tenants Fast Track and Golden Nails.
Once the site was fully occupied, Vantage Commercial, representing the seller, presented the opportunity to the existing tenants in the building, and one of the tenants decided to purchase the building. “Once the center was fully leased by service retail tenants, Columbia Centre became well positioned for an investor or owner/occupant ,” Ploshansky said.
The approximately 6,500 SF neighborhood retail center was built in 2003 by Wenric Properties, LLC and sold in November 2020 to KJL Properties LLC.
