Vantage Commercial announces stand-alone office building sale at 41 Kings Highway North, Cherry Hill, NJ!
Vantage Commercial is pleased to announce the sale of a stand-alone building, this time in Cherry Hill, NJ. The 4,200 SF office building, located at 41 Kings Highway North is centrally located along a busy stretch of one of Cherry Hill’s main thoroughfares, just minutes from I-295 and Routes 70 and 38.
Mike Gries, Sales Associate at Vantage Commercial, worked with both the buyer and the seller to negotiate a favorable deal for both parties. This is the second property Gries helped sell on behalf of the owner.
With this sale, the property becomes the new home of Quality First Solutions, a provider of tailored consultation services to the healthcare industry.
