Cherry Hill, NJ [August 5, 2021] – Vantage Commercial is pleased to announce the sale of an office building and lab in Cherry Hill, NJ. The +/- 4,320 SF facility, located at 5 Allison Drive in Cherry Hill, will be utilized as a light manufacturing building with both offices and a lab. The building is easily accessible to I-295 and Route 70.
Ken Richardson, Executive Director, and Corinne Giletto, Sr. Advisor at Vantage Commercial, worked with both the seller, Sun Biotech, and the buyer, Hudak Infrastructure Repair Systems, LLC to negotiate a favorable deal for both parties.
Hudak Infrastructure provides waterproofing and building repair services for structures in the Tri-state area. Perry Frank, CFO at Hudak, has been the lead party on the buyer’s side. “It was a pleasure working with Ken and Corinne. Vantage went out of their way to help us acquire this property. Ken helped us work with the seller to lease some space back to Sun Biotech. The process had challenges, but Vantage helped us navigate through them all to ultimately close the deal,” Frank stated.
Bill Chiu was leading the sale for Sun Biotech “Vantage was able to secure a buyer for our building very efficiently during the pandemic. This was a win/win for both us and the buyer,” Chiu stated.
