Vantage Commercial Facilitates Sale of Free-Standing Building in Lindenwold, NJ
Cherry Hill, NJ [December 31, 2020] – Vantage Commercial is proud to announce another successful sale, this time at 409 E. Gibbsboro Road, Lindenwold, NJ. The brokerage assisted both the seller, Dr. David Neidorf, and buyer, who wishes to remain anonymous. The 2,761 SF two-story former medical office building is centrally located along a heavily trafficked thoroughfare in Lindenwold and is easily accessible from the White Horse Pike and Haddonfield-Berlin Road.
Monica Walsh, Director of Client Services, and Emily Stein, Director of Healthcare Services, worked closely with Neidorf and also with the buyer, to facilitate a smooth transaction for the building. The new owners also own the multi-family apartment complex adjacent to the building. Ownership plans to renovate the building and use it to house amenities for the tenants of the apartment complex.
