Vibe Salon Fills Last Vacancy in Retail Center
Vantage Commercial is thrilled to announce another successful retail lease, this time at 3531 Route 38 in Mount Laurel, NJ. Vibe Salon has leased the last remaining vacancy at the newly constructed retail center located at the corner of Route 38 and Marter Avenue, adjacent to Centerton Square. The salon joins a diverse roster of co-tenants including AT&T and Mattress Warehouse.
Mike Gries, Advisor, and Corinne Giletto, Director of Client Services at Vantage Commercial, represented the landlord in the transaction.
Alex Wong, owner of the complex, said, “We are pleased to work with Mike and Corinne in leasing out our properties. They are diligent, informative, and responsive. Within two months, they successfully brought in a tenant who is a perfect fit for our premises, a quality tenant that has taken over the space within a short period of it becoming vacant.”

Their new home will enjoy a traffic count of 44,000 vehicles a day and will be a stone’s throw from the 50 retail shops of Centerton Square.”

Our next goal is bringing them the right tenant or tenants for their 3,500 SF at Hainesport Plaza. We look forward to delivering results there as well.”
