Vantage Commercial Facilitates Lease for RapidLab LLC at South Jersey Medical Center
Cherry Hill, New Jersey [November 13, 2020] – Vantage Commercial is pleased to announce that RapidLab LLC has signed a lease at South Jersey Medical Center (SJMC), 1401 Route 70, Cherry Hill, NJ. SJMC is conveniently located in the heart of Cherry Hill, just minutes from I-295 and Route 73. The professional building features a diverse roster of medical co-tenants, including Medi Weight Loss, Dr. Javad Bigdeli, DDS, O’Donnell Orthopaedics, and Eye Associates – Cherry Hill.
SJMC, owned by Pen Del Real Estate, recently completed significant upgrades to the building, including renovated common areas and digital directories. Due to Vantage Commercial’s success in leasing medical space, even in what has recently become a challenging environment given the current pandemic, ownership retained Vantage as the exclusive leasing broker. This is the fourth successful lease that Vantage secured at the building in just over 12 months.
