Vantage Commercial Completes Two Retail Lease Transactions in Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey
Cherry Hill, New Jersey –
Vantage Commercial is pleased to announce the successful completion of two retail lease transactions totaling +/- 3,850 SF in Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey.
At Blue Bell Corner, located at 853 W. Butler Pike in Ambler, PA, a new nail salon has signed a lease for +/- 1,600 square feet of retail space. The transaction brings the center to full occupancy, further strengthening the tenant mix at the highly visible neighborhood shopping center.
In a second transaction, an Indian restaurant has leased +/- 2,250 square feet at Cross Keys Center, located at 681 Cross Keys Road in Sicklerville, NJ. The new restaurant will add to the growing dining offerings within the center and serve the surrounding residential and commercial community.
Emily Stein, Managing Director of Vantage Commercial, represented both the landlord and tenant in each transaction.
