Vantage Commercial Closes Three Burlington County Leases in Just One Week

Vantage Commercial is pleased to announce the successful completion of three office lease transactions in Burlington County, New Jersey — all within the span of one week. The transactions include:

• Mt. Laurel: A beautifully renovated office suite leased to, Oasis Hydration and Wellness,  a UV hydration therapy provider expanding health and wellness services in the local market. This lease, located in the Robert’s Mill Shopping Center, 3701 Church Road, fully occupies all available office spaces in the complex.
• Medford: Approximately 4,535 SF of prime medical space leased to a Rowan University pediatric practice. The space, located at 103 Old Marlton Pike, within the highly desirable medical office building, Medford Medical  offers direct access and will undergo a custom fit-out tailored to the tenant’s specific needs.
• Marlton: Approximately 1,700 SF of professional office space leased to financial institution, Capital Wealth Advisors, committed to growing its local footprint. The office is located within the Greentree Executive Campus on Lincoln Drive.

Brokers involved in these deals were Emily Stein, Managing Director and Director of Healthcare Services, who handled the Mt. Laurel transaction, and both Emily Stein and Ken Richardson, Vice President and Partner, who collaborated on the Medford and Marlton deals.
