Vantage Commercial announces two new retail leases in Tuscan Village at 3101 Route 42, Sicklerville, NJ!
Vantage Commercial is proud to announce two new successful leases, both at Tuscan Village in Washington Township, NJ. These two new retail tenants are both expected to open in the Summer of 2021.
Monica Walsh, Director of Client Services, and Corinne Giletto, Senior Advisor at Vantage Commercial, worked closely with both tenants, as well as Donna Guzzo, owner of Tuscan Village, to facilitate both transactions.
Adam Pietras, owner of Electric Venom Tattoo Parlor, will occupy +/- 1,500 square feet of premier retail space at Tuscan Village. “Monica and Vantage made me feel like opening my business was a real priority to them. Finding an advocate to help me secure a property in a thriving business corridor was a relief and major step in being able to open the shop,” Pietras stated.
Mohammad Manasara, owner of Mana’s Sandwich Shop, will be opening his first location at Tuscan Village in the coming months. The new location will be serving gourmet burgers and sandwiches with a healthy twist.
Tuscan Village’s strategic location along Route 42 offers access to daily consumer traffic in a high demographic area. Tuscan Village is situated among a densely populated business area with a high daytime employment count. The center boasts high ceilings and is maintained in immaculate condition. Two spaces remain within the center, both +/- 1,500 SF.
