Vantage Commercial announces two successful leases at Centrum Shoppes on Haddonfield-Berlin Road, Cherry Hill, NJ!
Vantage Commercial is proud to announce another two successful leases, this time at Centrum Shoppes in Cherry Hill Township, NJ. Both tenants are expected to open in the Fall of 2021. Centrum Shoppes is located on the border of Cherry Hill and Haddonfield Townships. The two new tenants join a diverse roster of co-tenants including Arnie’s Butcher & Gourmet Shop, 1-800-Flowers, A Beautiful Touch Bridal, Fashion Square Youngs Nail Salon, Jay Asian Bistro, The Ice Cream Parlour and Yi’s Karate. This center has excellent ownership and easy access to Philadelphia, I-295 and Route 561.
Monica Walsh, Director of Client Services at Vantage Commercial, worked closely with both tenants as well as Matthew Rettner, owner of the Centrum Shoppes, to create a strong tenant mix for the center’s growth.
Haddonfield Fitness & Ride Cycle Studio will occupy one of the spaces at Centrum Shoppe. Lainey Gallagher, owner and director, has over 30 years as a fitness coach. In Cherry Hill she will continue the Haddonfield Fitness & Ride Cycle Studio tradition of a friendly, convenient, variety-based work-out. “Working with Monica from Vantage was a very smooth and seamless process from start to finish.
