Valvoline Signs Long-Term Lease at 586 Route 38 in Maple Shade, NJ, Expanding Automotive Services on Renovated Site

The property, formerly home to Finishline Carwash, has been purchased and fully renovated to house a Valvoline Instant Oil Change center alongside a brand-new, modern tunnel car wash system.
The two automotive services—while located on the same site—will be operated independently. Valvoline will manage its quick lube center, while the car wash will be owned and operated separately by the property owner. Together, the complementary uses will provide enhanced convenience and value to the Maple Shade community by offering fast, reliable oil changes and high-quality car wash services in one accessible location along the high-traffic Route 38 corridor. The car wash will also feature a subscription-based service model, allowing customers to sign up for unlimited wash packages for added convenience and value.
