Vantage RES continues its trajectory of rapid growth and expansion in South Jersey with the addition of Director of Strategic Partnerships, Paul Garraty. The successful commercial real estate brokerage & advisory firm enthusiastically welcomes Garraty to their team, which is currently comprised of seasoned brokers as well as ambitious up and comers. Garraty brings strong initiative and leadership skills, which are sure to be an asset to the powerhouse team at Vantage RES.

As a Marine, Garraty adapts quickly and moves decisively. He is adept at negotiating and working as part of a team. After leaving the Marine Corps under honorable conditions, Garraty nurtured his ability to forge alliances with decision makers through community advocacy for veterans and work with the New Jersey State Legislature. The strong networking and planning skills he exhibited in the legislature quickly led to greater opportunities. As Campaign Field Director, Garraty was instrumental in securing thousands of votes leading to Senator Chris Brown’s recent victory. Drawing from his experience with political affairs and outreach to municipalities and economic development figures, Garraty is poised to fulfill Vantage RES’ vision of growing their influence in South Jersey and Philadelphia’s booming commercial real estate development market.
