Atlantic City, New Jersey – Vantage Commercial is proud to announce the sale of an 11-lot assemblage (±0.57 acres) at 1829 Arctic Avenue in Atlantic City to Yum & Chill, LLC, who will be developing the site as a new Wendy’s quick-service restaurant.
The listing hit the market in July 2025, and Vantage moved quickly to identify the buyer — just 13 months from under contract to a closing with all approvals in place.
This transaction lands at a strong moment for Atlantic City’s economy. Atlantic City gaming revenue hit a record $678.1 million in July, up 11% year over year, and total New Jersey gaming revenue for July marked the best July since 2012, bringing 2026 revenue to $4.2 billion. That continued momentum reflects growing confidence in the market — and reinforces why well-located commercial real estate along key corridors like Arctic Avenue remains in high demand.
